Soft Focus Watercolour with Karin Huehold

In this fascinating class, you can take a break from using brushes and instead paint watercolours with a sponge.

This technique creates a distinctive and almost pastel-like appearance in your artwork. You will learn about the tools, techniques, colour mixing, lifting, and embellishments involved in this process. Relaxing.  Rewarding. Applicable to any subject matter.

Art is always meditative, known to heal and considered sacred in many ways.  By quieting ourselves and spending time in an intuitive, mindful, relaxing and rewarding state, you can’t help but feel at ease and at peace.  It’s a healthy escape and a welcome reprieve. And if we can have a bit of fun along the way that’s also good for mind, body and spirit.

Join us each session to:

  • Explore many wonderful ways to create your own unique to you works of art

    1. To add to your repertoire and expand your watercolour, design, and creative skills

    2. Discover your own creative flow in an encouraging and fun community
